Photo Credit: Casper Buijtendijk.Utrecht-based Indie pop quartet TESSEL have released their new single Cinema featuring Amber Arcades. It’s a jovial track with a Beach Rock kind of feel to it although the story it tells isn’t such a happy one. The band explain, “Cinema is a duet from the perspective of two lovers. They go on a date to the cinema, the place they first met.” They note, “something does not seem to be right, they both feel it, but do not dare to say it to each other.” By the end of the song the couple realise that thir current date will be their last with each other. “Cinema” is out now on Apple Music and Spotify.
