As bright and sunny as the video may seem, the lyrics tell a different story. “Even though the sound is light and cheerful, the themes of the lyrics carry the opposite message,” the band explain. “The song tells a story of a person who has become entangled in the image of ‘the perfect life,” they add. “Family Time” is out now on Apple Music and Spotify.
