Photo Credit: Chiara Gambuto.Clara Mann today shares an intimate acoustic live performance of her wonderful debut EP, Consolations. It was shot on Lightship 93, a steel lighthouse ship from the 1930s that is docked in London. “I really didn’t want to have an airy-fairy shoot, where I fell into the tired cliches of folk music,” Clara states. “There was something strong and modern about the red steel of the boat,” she says. “To me it reflected the side of my music that is about resilience and strength,” Clara concludes. Lockdown has prevented live events from happening so performances like this are probably the next best thing.
