Photo Credit: Andrew McGill.Jane Inc. is the solo project of Toronto-based artist Carlyn Bezic. She is known for her work as part of U.S. Girls, Ice Cream and Darlene Shrugg. Bezic has just released “Obliterated” which is taken from her forthcoming debut album, Number One. The record will be released on March 19th via Telephone Explosion Records. It was written and produced by Bezic and is unlike anything she has been part of previously. “I think a lot of the songs on the album deal with how we form ourselves,” says Bezic. “And how that gets fragmented and complicated by the societal structures we interact with,” she adds. “Obliterated” is out now on Apple Music and Spotify.
