He explains, “it’s about learning to love yourself, despite finding yourself dreaming of someone from your past and wondering why they resurfaced when you were so sure you’d left them behind.” He concludes, “it makes you realise that you still have some healing to do.” It was the last song that he wrote for his debut album, In Praise Of Shadows which will be released on January 29th 2021 and is available to pre-save now on Apple Music. “Opiate” is out now on Apple Music and Spotify.
