“Stranger” is the lead single from Queensland quartet TH’FIKA’s debut EP, Home. The band originally began as an acoustic/folk background duo, with Lily Budiasa and Michael Cameron experimenting with new sounds and writing. The addition of drummer Mitch Clarke allowed the band to build on their acoustic guitar based sound and incorporate things like synths. Having now added bass player Anjanette Chua (AQUILA YOUNG) to their lineup, TH’FIKA now see their music as Alternative pop rock. New single “Stranger” is a brilliant introduction to their music, I’m sure it won’t be long until the band are known more widely. TH’FIKA’s Home EP is out now on Apple Music and Spotify.
