Singer-songwriter Holly Humberstone has just announced her highly anticipated second EP, The Walls Are Way Too Thin. The six-track EP will be released on November 5th and be the follow up to Holly’s critically acclaimed debut EP, Falling Asleep At The Wheel.
“This EP represents a feeling of being lost,” says Holly. “It’s the kind of lost that makes you question who you are and where you belong,” she adds. Being constantly on the move between cities and then never settling, it’s not a suprise that Holly felt like that.
Holly’s new EP will also include “Haunted House” and the title track “The Walls Are Way Too Thin”. You can pre-save Holly’s new EP now on Apple Music, ahead of its release.
The latest single to be taken from the EP “Please Don’t Leave Just Yet”, was co-written and co-produced by The 1975’s Matty Healy. “The song is about wanting someone to stay so badly,” Holly explains. “Even if only for five more minutes, because you know how much it’ll hurt when they leave,” she notes. It’s an emotive song that gets better each time that you hear it. “Please Don’t Leave Just Yet” is out now on Apple Music and Spotify.
