Singer-songwriter, Winona reveales, “I wrote this song on a day when I was overwhelmed with anxiety.” She continues, “as a reminder that there’s no way for me to find a real change in my life until I confront the darkest corners of myself.” It’s a brave way to try and deal with it, even more so because it’s very public. “I hope that you’ll find some comfort in this as it is a piece of me,” Winona says. “Old Insecurities” is out now on Apple Music and Spotify.
