Madame Gandhi brings us a vibrant and colourful video for her new single “Waiting For Me”. The video was conceptualised and produced by an all female team and features queer, trans, female and gender non-conforming cast members, it is also Madame Gandhi’s firs ever video to be shot in India. She explained, “this song is a global protest anthem that is about moving from the individual to the collective, from the mundane to the colourful, from oppression to liberation.” She added, “I hope it serves as a form of healing and of inspiration in these globally revolutionary times.” Madame Gandhi is a really interesting artist and here again she shows why. “Waiting For Me” is out now on Apple Music and Spotify.
Directed by Misha Ghose.
