Coldplay swung by NPR’s office for play
“Cry Cry Cry”,
“BrokEn” and
“Champion Of The World” from their most recent album
Everyday Life. They also performed
“Viva La Vida” aswell as a cover of Prince’s “1999”. The band were joined by a choir which gave the songs a gospel feel and kept it minimal instrumental wise which made for an interesting performance.
