Texas songwriter and instrumentalist, Zachary Knowles’ new single “ghost” is today’s Song of The Day. “I wanted to write a song that illustrated what it was like for me when I battled anxiety and how I almost let it control my life,” Zachary explained. “But rather than become complacent and just do what everybody else wanted me to do, I decided to put faith into my decisions.” Not only has he been brave in being so open about his battle with mental health but he’s also managed to create a rather splendid piece of music.
