P Diddy seems to constantly switch between his various aliases and he’s currently switched back to the name to which he used when releasing music in the 90s – Puff Daddy. The rapper/ producer premiered the song at last night’s BET Awards, where he also performed a greatest hits melody of Bad Boy Records’ biggest releases with the likes of Mase, The Lox and Faith Evans. Upbeat new single “Finna Get Loose” has echos of Public Enemy’s “Welcome To The Terrordome” with Chuck D’s flow being borrowed by the pair. “Finna Get Loose” is a triumphant release for Puff Daddy following his unfortunate fall last night. “Finna Get Loose” is out now on iTunes and Google Play and it’s today’s Song of The Day.
