Georgia Barry has already impressed industry experts with her soulful song-writing and elegant voice, despite having only recently announced the up-coming release of a debut EP. Influenced by some industry greats including Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys Georgia has worked with producer Gavin Christopher, and take her twist on R&B Soul into venues across the capital.
With the help of renowned voice coach, David Lee-Brewer, who has worked with chart toppers Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland, she was recently selected to be part of October’s Oxjam Festival next month. Her new track “I’m In Love” is a mellow but emotional update on some classic Motown sounds. Georgia has recently released a video of her performing the track live in session on YouTube with her backing band.
The video is set to be the first of a series of live videos to promote her debut EP Follow My Heart, which has already been picked up by a number of independent radio stations. Georgia is currently gigging across London.
