Photo Credit: Jesse Morrow.SYML is the the solo project of singer, songwriter and producer Brian Fennell who has just released his DIM EP. It is a follow up to the self taught musician’s You Knew It Was Me EP which he released in 2020.
“This EP is largely about losing those close to us,” says SYML. “Calling it DIM really applies to the light we carry during our time here,” he explains. “It’s about honouring what that light was, and realising that theres still that same light in all of us that are still here,” he continues.
The five-track EP includes his prevoious singles “STAY CLOSE” and “TRUE”. SYML’s DIM EP is out now on Apple Music and Spotify, you can listen to it in full below.
