Leeds-based Soul/ Jazz artist, George Bloomfield has today released his Why Didn’t You? EP. The five track EP is the debut project from the songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist.
It has a rather blissful, soul inspired Jazz sound that has more of a focus on the vibes than the lyrics. As most of the tracks are instrumentals or don’t have much vocal contributions. In true pandemic fashion George performed, recorded, mixed and mastered all of the tracks from home.
The EP includes the title track, “Why Didn’t You?” and the spellibing “Reminiscent” aswell as three other new tracks. George Bloomfield’s Why Didn’t You? E.P is out now on Apple Music and Spotify, you can listen to it in full below.
