Alt-pop singer Carina Jade explores her experience of dealing with mental health on her new single “Trouble”. She explains, “‘Trouble’ is about the need to escape and a desire to express yourself and not being able to.” Carina reveals, “I felt I couldn’t for a long time at one point because of my own mental health.” She adds, “For two years I struggled making or sticking to plans with people because of anxiety.” She concludes, “[I] kept confining myself to the house, and felt every day was a blur.” The song is taken from Carina’s forthcoming EP which is due for release later this year on LAB Records. “Trouble” is out now on Apple Music and Spotify.
