Brighton-based, alt-folk newcomer Lando Manning reveals his new single, “Today”. It’s lo-fi track with a Grunge inspired, melancholic vibe to it. “The general idea was to reflect my boredom and the lack of drive I had at the time,” Lando says. “I was making excuses for not doing anything really, so each verse reflects those feelings,” he explains. These are sentiments that many of us will have become familiar with especially living in lockdown for much of the past year. The song follows Lando’s debut single “Veneer”, which was released in March 2020. “Today” is out now on Spotify.
