Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter, Rachel Raquel returns with her melancholic new single “Déjà Vu”. She explains, “When I wrote this song, I was going through a tough time, but felt like I had already been through it before.” She adds, “While we were working on it, the global pandemic started, and nothing felt more accurate than this song.
