You can always rely on Greentea Peng to bring the vibes and consciousness and she doesn’t disappoint on her new single “Hu Man”. She describes the song as being, “an exploration of self and our attachment to identity, especially in this modern age.” She adds, “Hu Man is a war cry from the battlefield of mind, calling to the divine Mother to take this ego, take this head, to remove all these words and man made constructs and take me, take us, back to centre.” The song features a Mayan saying, “In La k’esh Ala K’in” which means I am you, you are me. Greentea Peng came across it in Mexico and says that it, “has sat with me ever since.” The video is an interesting one with many messages to decypher such as the driver less car she gets into. “Hu Man” is out now on Apple Music and Spotify.
