golda may (she spells it all lower case) is an L.A.-based artist that grew up in both Chicago and San Diego to Ukrainian parents who only spoke Russian in the house. At 5 years of age, she discovered a love for music and taught herself how to sing opera. golda brings the operatic style to her eerie, atmospheric new single “Hear Me Out”. It’s unlike anything that I’ve ever heard before and categorising it isn’t easy. One thing’s for sure though, it sounds good. “Hear Me Out” is out now on Apple Music and Spotify.
