As a result of the boredom that’s been caused by the lockdown, Noel Gallagher went through “hundreds” on unmarked CDs he had at home. There he found a demo of “Don’t Stop”, a song which hadn’t been heard publicly apart from a soundcheck in Hong Kong “about 15 years ago,” according to Noel. His brother Liam Gallagher wasn’t too pleased that the version that was released didn’t feature him singing on it and didn’t have Paul Arthurs (Bonehead) playing guitar on it and referred to Noel as “tofu boy”. “Don’t Stop… (Demo)” is out now on
