It’s been over four years since Jamie Woon’s smashing debut album Mirrorwriting was released. After Pharrell and Disclosure leaked his come back single, Jamie Woon has finally unleashed “Sharpness” to the world. “Nothing makes me happier than the sound of a wicked drum and a wicked bass player locking together,” Woon said in a recent interview on Beats 1. The song certainly has more of live feel to it than any of Woon’s previous releases but he still maintains his cool-soulful vibe. The drums have a Pharrell feel to them, so it’s canny that he’s the one that leaked the song. “Sharpness” is out now on iTunes, Google Play and Spotify.
