Photo Credit: Isy-Townsend.South London-based, Buckinghamshire-formed band Bleach Lab today announce their debut EP, A Calm Sense of Surrounding. The EP will be released on March 19th and brings together two different but traumatic experiences of grief. The death of Bleach Lab’s bassist Josh Longman’s father and the breakdown of singer Jenna Kyle’s long-term relationship.
To go along with the announcement the band have shared their new single, “Old Ways”. Kyle explains, “Old Ways explores the angry side of the grieving process at the end of a relationship.” She adds, “anger towards the way in which they treated you but also towards oneself for still missing them regardless.” The EP will also include “Never Be” which they released late last year. “Old Ways” is out now on Apple Music and Spotify.
