South London alternative pop artist Beg Friend (AKA Joe Da Costa) is a special talent, just checkout this live performance for instance. His new video is an interesting one and came about via a trade. Beg Friend allowed his music to be used in ‘Beast’ – a film that Luke Howe directed and Beg Friend acted in. In return he was able to shoot the video with Luke’s help. “I asked Luke, cast and crew if they would be ok with me filming at the end of the days shooting,” Joe explains. “The resources afforded to London Film School far out stretch anything I could get with zero budget,” Joe says. He concludes, “I bartered to get this video made”. It’s an intriguing video that is proof of just what can be achieved when we come together to help one another. “For The Win” is out now on Apple Music and Spotify.
