I was sent one track but thought Meeka Kates’ Junior EP was too good not to write about upon hearing it in full. Meeka is a Philadelphia based Singer, Songwriter and Producer who makes Pop influenced Acoustic and music. He counts artists such as Frank Ocean, James Blake and The Weeknd as artists that he looks up to – this EP was influenced by at least two of those.
