Posted In EPTagged In

UK pop singer and songwriter Mimi Webb has just released her debut EP, Seven Shades of Heartbreak. The project showcases her outstanding vocals and her ability to write massive pop songs.

“I wanted to put together a body of work that told a story from beginning to end,” Mimi explains. “Allowing me to retell experiences I’ve been through,” she adds. “Writing this EP has been incredibly therapeutic for me.”

The EP’s highlights are “Dumb Love” and “Good Without”, both of which simultaneously occupied spots in the Top 15 on the UK Singles Chart. That made Mimi the first UK female artist, since Dua Lipa in 2017, to land two singles in the UK Top 15 before the release of her debut album. The EP also includes her recent singles “24/5” and “Halfway”.

It’s clear that Mimi is a star in the making, for her sake I hope that she get even more success from happier songs in the future. Seven Shades of Heartbreak EP is out now on Apple Music and Spotify, you can listen to it in full below.
